Girls, as well as boys; women, as well as men; grandmothers and grandfathers; college students; scouts and explorers; high school clubs and organizations, church groups, families, and fishermen all plan, organize and take canoe trips into the famous BWCA and Quetico Park Canoe Area.

Our campground-bunkroom area, shown here, was designed for youth group overnight use the night before and after their canoe trips. But many adult groups and families use the facilities, too. It is located just 4 miles from Ely and is easily accessible for shopping, eating, movies or clinic calls, all available in Ely. It also has saunas, showers, and cooking and picnic facilities for your pre- and post-canoe trip meals.
Cliff Wold's campground-bunkrooms area serves Cliff Wold customers with a clean-up area, complete with sauna baths and showers, and ample towels, etc. The area also serves as an overnight bunkroom or tent sleeping area before and after your Canoe Trip. . . It is located on the Fernberg Road, on the way to Canoe Landings located off the Fernberg Road.

It is spacious and located in a natural setting with ample large white pine and red pine trees. . . Also, parking facilities for your vehicles are available at the campground-bunkroom area while out on the Wilderness Canoe Trip.

"We always have a supply of freshly laundered sleeping bags available"

Cliff Wold's vans and trailers transport your food, equipment, canoes and up to nine people per van to all landings within the Ely area; and, after the trip, pickup the same at any landing in the Ely area. Cliff Wold's will also transport the same to all landings located on the Edge of Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Quetico Wildernesses for Canoe Trips back to landings within the Ely area.

Cliff Wold's campground-bunkroom area is where the pop is always cold and the coffee is on early in the morning for that early riser. It is located within easy driving distance to Ely's eating facilities, gift shops, gasoline stations, repair shops, and other stores.
